  Where do I even start... Let me say that I have shopped at the key mart for over 15 years. Originally I was always impressed with it's cleanliness, friendly staff, and well stocked shelves. Over the last couple of years, each of these has diminished to a point where I no longer will shop there and would encourage others to stop shopping there as well. Here is just a short list of the most recent things that have brought me to this point. Some of these I have personally experienced and others, I have observed other customers experiencing:
  1- Half of the gas pumps do not work. When they do work, they will often overflow and spill gas down the side of your car and squirt back onto you.
  2- The store is dirty, broken tiles on the floor, random stuff everywhere, and out of order bathroom (which I don't believe is actually out of order because if it was, the employees would have no where to go)
  3- Shelves are poorly stocked. I typically stop in to grab breakfast and for 2 weeks straight there were no breakfast items on the shelves.
  4. I walk up to the counter to check out and the man (I assume the owner) behind the counter takes his time getting up from whatever he is watching on his laptop. He never once says hello or acknowledges me. Even when he has rang up my items I have to look at the cash register because he doesn't even say the total.
  5. And the last straw was today. They have extremely limited hours that aren't convenient, so I quickly rushed by today to grab something I needed. I arrived and got out of my car at 2:47. The sign on the door says they close at 3 PM today, but they were already closed and no longer even on the property. So obviously they closed 15 plus minutes early.
  I will never shop there again and will encourage all of my family and friends to not shop there either.
